About the Project?

A town centre office block was being converted by luxury student accommodation specialists, Study Inn into 155 student bedrooms. This included both complete gutting and refurbishment, along with a new rooftop extension. The end result was a luxury, modern accommodation offering closeby to the famous Loughborough University.

What LW Liftings Did

LW Liftings worked on the site from start to finish organising a wide range of construction logistics solutions. This included providing telehandler drivers, banksman, slinger signallers and a traffic management plan. The site was located on a busy road, hence it was important all logistics on site worked seamlessly and in tandem.

This was a hugely successful project that resulted in a fantastic overhauled complex, and is now an asset to Loughborough. The LW Liftings team worked tirelessly to help deliver this project on time and budget.
